About the Role
You'll own customer implementations from kickoff through adoption, working directly with customers to make sure Boom is deployed successfully, used consistently, and delivering value. This role is for someone who can run disciplined onboarding processes, communicate clearly with enterprise customers, and operate hands-on across training, support, usage analysis, and product feedback.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through launch

• Run onboarding, training sessions, office hours, and customer check-ins

• Track usage, adoption, customer health, and expansion opportunities

• Help customers configure workflows, mappings, and reporting processes

• Triage customer issues and coordinate with engineering to resolve them quickly

• Create implementation playbooks, help documentation, training materials, and customer-facing reports

• Partner with product and engineering to identify recurring customer needs and product gaps

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, solutions engineering, or customer operations at a B2B software company

• Experience owning complex enterprise implementations

• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can work confidently with users, executives, IT teams, and internal product teams

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple customer projects at once

• Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them clearly to non-technical users

• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and willingness to do hands-on work

• Customer-first mindset with the ability to balance urgency, quality, and internal team capacity

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, surety, lending, or accounting software

• Familiarity with underwriting, financial statements, WIP reports, or credit analysis workflows

• Experience with enterprise security reviews, SSO, APIs, data mapping, or workflow configuration

• Experience at an early-stage software company
