Customer and Authorized Users will not:

(a) use the Service in violation of law or for harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activities;

(b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or circumvent security or authentication measures;

(c) interfere with Service integrity or performance (e.g., load testing in production without permission);

(d) publish or disclose benchmarks without Vendor’s consent;

(e) share credentials or allow unpermitted access;

(f) submit prohibited data categories without Vendor’s prior written approval; or

(g) use the Service to develop competing products.
